Reducing Physical Patient Flow
We are currently treating patients who absolutely need our attention. We have reduced routine dental procedures to the minimum and only essential, necessary procedures will be handled by our dentists.
Reducing Team in our Clinic
Our team members are currently working remotely to arrange your emergency appointments. At the clinic, we have reduced the number of team members to a minimum and you will be in contact with only the most essential team members.
Patient Screening at the time of booking
In accordance with the latest DHA and WHO guidelines, we screen every single patient, with a short questionnaire even before they come to our clinic. Confirmed or even suspected cases are not accepted in our clinic, but receive the necessary guidance about where to get tested or treated, according to the guidelines.
Safety Distances in our Clinic
At our clinic we avoid patient crowding and reserve appointments with a gap of 20 minutes between appointments. We also ensure that a minimum distance of 1.8 meters is kept between patients in waiting areas.
We are providing private transport for all team members to avoid the metro and other public transport.
All team members not on duty check in regularly with our doctors. They are trained and committed to social distancing in their professional and private lives. They avoid gatherings, malls & crowded places.
We review all official guidelines (national and international) daily, update our policies accordingly and put new measures in place when and where necessary. We follow every official guideline, including a strict hygiene policy, disinfection policy.
What to expect when you arrive at our clinic
Upon arrival at our clinic, you will be greeted by our receptionist who will aid you to dress up in a single use scrubs, single use gloves, single use hair & shoe covers. Your temperature will be taken, using a non-contact thermometer. Only then will your registration begin.
