My phobia is extreme when it comes to the dentist. However coming to Dr. Jocelyne changed it all, she makes sure she explains everything she’s doing step by step to make me feel comfortable and not afraid. This experience is amazing. I love this place!!

German Dental Clinic strongly recommends visiting a dentist for checkups at least twice a year. If you haven’t consulted a dentist in a long time, do it as soon as possible. Our opening hours are:
Saturday – Wednesday: 9.00am - 8.00pm
Thursday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
It depends on whether you’re a first-time patient at our dental clinic in Dubai or a regular. First-time clients will have an initial consultation, during which we will request for both your medical and dental history, along with any records we may need to refer. This allows us to ensure your utmost safety going forward, especially with treatments and procedures. We will then conduct any necessary tests and examinations as appropriate, so as to obtain a complete assessment of your current condition. These tests will include screenings for oral cancer, X-rays and examining of gums to name a few. If at any point during these tests a requirement for treatment comes up, your dentist will let you know of the complete procedure, and how you should go about it.
Many people are often anxious and stressed when confronted with the thought of visiting the dentist, with some completely avoiding consulting one owing to this. This is extremely unhealthy for your oral health, and as such, we’ve taken steps to ensure that our treatments and procedures are as pain-free as possible. We are able to achieve this with a combination of our state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled dentists that allow us to consistently innovate and progress. We craft customised treatment plans for each and every one of our patients, so we provide solutions that are truly tailored for your requirements.
We do have options that are designed to help you bear the costs of dental treatments. For more information, consult our dental clinic in Dubai via phone +971 4 379 4722, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or in person, whichever is most convenient.
All children from the ages of 3 and upwards should be brought in for dental appointments. It’s important to conduct checkups regularly and ensure everything is in order. Children are highly prone to cavities and tooth decay, and instilling the right oral hygiene practices in them from a young age will be invaluable later in their lives.
If you need a root canal, then that means the pulp of your tooth has rotted, causing inflammation and infection. When left untreated, it can lead to a whole array of problems, including exacerbated tooth decay, cracks, chips etc. It just takes one or two visits to get the problem under control, and our dentists will examine you thoroughly before administering treatment. An x-ray will then be taken, followed by an anesthetic to help numb the area while we work on it. Our experienced dentists in Dubai will then use a small opening created in the crown of the tooth to extract the pulp and clear it out to make room for the filling.
TMJ also known as Temporomandibular Joint Disorder can be highly restrictive and painful, especially in the neck, the back and even the face. The TMJ is a joint that attaches your lower jaw to your skull. It is commonly used, as you need it to talk, chew, speak, smile and more. The condition is typically caused by injury, forms of arthritis, and bruxism which is teeth grinding. Though it might seem impossible to deal with, TMJ has a positive track record of recovery. One of our neuromuscular dentists in Dubai can fully evaluate your bite to see if any irregularities are causing unnecessary stress on muscles and joints.
Dental/ oral hygiene involves not only your teeth, but your gums as well. Periodontitis is a form of gum disease that is a more complicated version of gingivitis. If you do not treat gingivitis promptly, it can progress to periodontal disease. It is incredibly difficult to deal with, and treatment can be extensive. If you notice swollen or bleeding gums, these are often warning signs so do not ignore them. Seek medical assistance immediately, by consulting our dentists in Dubai.
The build-up of plaque and tartar is gradual yet inevitable if you do not brush and floss your teeth on a regular basis. There’s a sticky film that forms after you eat, which attaches to your teeth if you do not at least rinse your mouth out. This leads to bacteria formation, which in turn leads to plaque and tartar. It hardens and becomes impossible to remove on your own, resulting in you needing professional scaling and polishing. As any dentist in Dubai will tell you, if left unattended, it will certainly result in tooth decay and gum disease, so you need to book yourself in for a professional cleaning at least twice a year.
Veneers fall under aesthetic or cosmetic dentistry, and is much less complicated than other dental treatments. Veneers are typically used to rectify issues such as crookedness, misalignment and gaps, and we have a team of dentists in Dubai who specifically handle this branch of dentistry. Veneers help with the appearance of your smile, as opposed to the functionality of your teeth, which is what dental implants do. Once your veneers are fitted, be careful when chewing down on hard foods such as meats, raw vegetables and sweets as they can chip or crack if too much force is applied.
